It was a large job, and I do live pretty far from your normal area, but you not only came and contracted for the work, you were prompt, fair, and NICE. Mark, Just wanted to say thanks for House Crafter’s doing a great job on installing the windows in my house. The installers were great at coordinating each step of the installation process with each other….and clean in the area around where the windows were installed looked better than before they got here! My decision to choose House Crafter’s to install the windows is in part from the siding job you did last year. I was impressed with the way the job was done as promised, the way the installers worked in tandem, the cleanup was done with nothing leftover for me to worry about. Though I did have a couple issued a few months after the siding was installed, the response was quick and the problems were solved. Dear Mark, The purpose of this letter is to provide your potential future customer with a peace of mind. It is not often I sit myself down and search for the best way to express out thanks. I would like to take this moment to share things that impressed us. When I first met you Mark, I had shared with you that I had two estimates and planned on getting two more. After twenty mminutes of candid discussion I strongly felt that I did not have to obtain any more estimates. Mark! You took your time to not only meet my needs, but went beyond. I found youto be “down to earth” and straightforward. You promptly dropped off shingle samples for us to view and you provided us a workable time frame. I was immediately impressed with the roofing crew. Sean, Jay and Steve took pride in their craftsmanship and effectively communicated with me – my inquiries. I never detected any arrogance, nor irritation from any of the roofing crew as they smiled and hammered away the day. Moreover, whenever I had any concerns they took their time to explain their plan of action and later showed me their result. The grounds crew lead by Tom did a thorough job in protecting the landscape from fallings debris and clean up after the job. I was impressed by Tom’s leadership with his crew and assumed responsibility of his crew. It was evident that Tom wished to ensure my satisfaction of the clean up. Both the roofers and grounds crew had an intense work ethic – nobody dragged – and everyone knew their responsibilites.
